Goal of Manufaktur in Gründung (MiG) is to provide a toolbox including everything needed to found a small production facility:

• Business models for open goods (Open Source products) inclusive pricing und financing of product development
• Ideas and suggestions for products based on appropriate technology
• Entry points to relevant networks
• New concepts describing the relationship between producer and customer

In my understanding MiG is primarily a process to define this toolbox. This includes discoveries of existing things (i believe everything is thought out already!), some original thinking of interested and involved people and of course the synthesis and integration of all this pieces to something new, realizable.
